BrokerBaat is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. There is no physical product, packaging, or shipping involved. This policy describes how our digital service is delivered to you after subscription.

2. How you receive the service
- Web portal: accessible via brokerbaat.in after login.
- WhatsApp interface: the bot operates on your agency's WhatsApp Business number — no app installation required for your agents.
- Daily briefings: sent to your agents' WhatsApp at 08:00 IST each day.
- Email notifications: sent to the account owner email for billing, security, and service events.
3. Pre-requisites you provide
To complete service activation, you (the broker-agency) provide:
- A WhatsApp Business number (or a number eligible for Business migration).
- Access to your Meta Business Manager account for WABA setup.
- Your property listings (uploaded through the portal).
- Agent phone numbers (added through the portal).
4. Service availability
We aim to keep the service available 24×7. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance via email and in-app notifications. Real-time service status is available at status.brokerbaat.in (coming soon).
5. Service support
Support is provided via:

Response times: most inbound queries answered within 4 working hours (Monday–Saturday, 09:00–19:00 IST).
6. Activation failure
If service activation fails for reasons attributable to BrokerBaat (e.g., configuration error on our end) and the issue is not resolved within 7 days of subscription payment, you are eligible for a full refund per the Refunds Policy.
If activation is delayed due to factors outside our control (e.g., WABA approval delays at Meta's side, missing inputs from your team), we will work with you to resolve as quickly as possible but cannot offer a refund on this basis alone.
7. International availability
BrokerBaat is currently optimised for real estate agencies operating in India. We bill in Indian Rupees (INR) and accept payments via Indian payment methods through Razorpay.
